I named my company Estimates Plus because I can do
anything from a basic bare bones your cost bid to doing a complete
package ready to submit to your choice of general contractors. This can
also include job walks when needed.
This is how it works:
When we get your prints, we send out your different packages for quotes to your suppliers. They will then send their numbers to you. We will do the remainder of the take off and send a total labor hours and total
misc. material cost back to you.
Once you receive our quote, all you need to do is plug in your labor rates, your material mark up and when you receive your quotes back from your
suppliers plug those in as well. Then simply send off your bid.
We have chosen to do it this way to keep you and your company’s critical information private. This keeps
our cost down which helps keep you competitive. Our goal is to make you feel secure in trusting us and our service.
